At Los Amigos de la Esquina (LADLE), the safety, dignity, and well-being of children and all members of our community are at the heart of everything we do.
Guided by principles inspired by UNICEF and United Nations standards, we create spaces that protect, include, and nurture every participant.
As a registered nonprofit organization, LADLE reserves the right of admission and participation. We may deny or discontinue participation to any individual whose behavior or actions do not align with our values, community agreements, or safety protocols.
We treat all personal information with strict confidentiality and comply with data protection practices. Any images, videos, or materials created within LADLE’s programs are the intellectual property of the organization and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
This commitment is part of our Guidelines, Collaboration Agreement and Code of Honor and reflects our responsibility to care for those who trust us, especially the children and families we serve.
